The overwhelming majority of you — 80 percent — think getting ahead in this world is more about who you know than what you know. Connections are undoubtedly important, which is why networking is such a valuable tool, but nepotism puts an interesting twist on things.
Nepotism doesn't have the best connotations: Hiring someone because of who she knows or who she's related to, even though other applicants may be better candidates for the job, is frustrating for those not so in-the-know.

Models, athletes, actors, and politicians who have left their legacies in films, trophies, and legislation have also passed on their genetics to these famous celebrity children.

She's had her hands full with work lately as she keeps right on promoting Marley & Me, and her latest interview with NY Times Magazine was released over the weekend. It can be hard to follow in the footsteps of celebabies given their nepotism and riches. But, it seems that their parents tend to employ some common sense when it comes to foot gear for the lil ones. While fashionable, most of these youngsters don practical shoes around the elite playgrounds.

Smokin' Aces may not be heating things up at the box office, but it has still been a smart move on Ben Affleck's part - it actually helped him quit smoking. That will definitely give him more energy to put into Jen, Violet, and the film he's written and directed, Gone, Baby, Gone. Ben recently stopped for a Q&A about family life, his GG Nom, and the upside of nepotism.

The Help did not last long on the WB. Maybe the idea of Tori Spelling as a dog walker was just a little too unbelievable.
This time around her show is on NBC, called NoTORIous, and it's based on her real life.
