Ask any career coach, interviewer, friend, or even stylist, and they'll tell you confidence is the number one thing that will give you an edge and make you stand out. Traditionally, confidence before an interview comes from thorough preparation, conviction that you have what it takes, and an outfit that makes you look the part, but a recent study suggests you might want to add a step to your pre-interview checklist.

Some people don't feel complete without a little cash in their wallet while others feel nervous about carrying around bills. The weekend has a way of threatening my spending plan quite often, probably because it's tough for me to say no to an evening with friends that sounds like fun. Because the weekend tends to throw me off my spending game, I'm trying something new to reign in my bad habits from Friday through Sunday.
While I don't typically operate on a cash-only system, I'm giving it a go for weekends only.

Holding onto money is everyone's goal these days, yet one honest California family was eager to give back the envelope filled with $100 bills found in a box of crackers.
