Soap star Hunter Tylo is continuing with her malpractice suit against the therapist who was treating her 19-year-old son, Michael Tylo II, who drowned last year at the family home. A judge in the case ruled against Tylo’s move to include her deceased son as a party in the legal action on Friday. Young Michael drowned last October in the family pool while his parent and siblings were out for the day.

Humor is one of those things that is totally subjective and completely open for debate. A lot of people think that in order for something to be truly funny, it has to be risky or offensive. And while I don’t agree with that, safe humor is never quite as good as the jokes that walk a much finer line.

Sharon Stone's big mouth may have gotten her into a little hot water. She's facing a $1 billion lawsuit from the victims of China's recent earthquake, which she referred to as "karma."
A New York lawyer has rallied more than 1000 survivors and victims' families to serve Sharon with legal documents, demanding a better apology, or they'll sue.

Rob and Sheryl Lowe have dismissed their defamation lawsuit against their former chef, Peter Clements, after Clements provided the couple with "accurate information," court papers say.
The Lowes sued Clements on April 7, alleging emotional distress, defamation, breach of contract and trespass. The lawsuit claimed that, when the Lowes were out of town, their former chef threw parties at their home, had sex with strangers in their bed, stole from their medicine cabinet and stole their food.

A judge in New York has dismissed a lawsuit against Jennifer Lopez from a writer who accused the star of stealing his idea for a TV series.
Jack Bunick filed suit at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan claiming 2006 drama series South Beach - which was executive produced by the star - was too similar to the plot of a pilot episode he wrote in 1999 for a programme called South Beach Miami.

Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri has agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle a lawsuit with billionaire Ron Burkle.
Italian businessman Follieri was sued by Burkle last year when the U.S. supermarket tycoon accused him of squandering the sum to support his lavish lifestyle.

Lawsuit: Keanu Reeves' Car Hit Photog

A photographer sued Keanu Reeves, accusing the actor of hitting him with his Porsche in a not-so-excellent encounter in March.
The lawsuit said Reeves struck Alison Silva on March 19 and alleges that Silva suffered shock and serious injuries. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeks unspecified damages.

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has had enough of the legal battles with the Raymond Weil watch company.
Instead of continuing to battle it out, Charlize and Weil settled the $20 million lawsuit stemming from February 2007 that claimed breach of contract.
Charlize signed a deal to exclusively endorse their luxury watches, but didn’t keep up her end of the deal.
