The photos are sure to be hot - we can’t wait to see them!

Kristen Stewart has been featured in countless magazines in the past year, and she’ll be adding another one to her list very soon - Rolling Stone! Inside sources tell hollywood life that Kristen attended a photo shoot in New York on March 17, which could be for the cover of an upcoming issue.
Kristen would be the second Twilight star to grace the cover of Rolling Stone, the first being His Royal Hotness Taylor Lautner. Remember those steamy wet t-shirt photos of Taylor? Let’s hope we get something just as great from K-Stew!
We contacted the magazine, but haven’t heard back yet.

Star stylist Nike Wo Lai Luosi, said: “You lend them your dress, hoping that they can become the darling of photographers , this behavior , it’s just the rewarding. To the Hollywood actress who participate in the ceremony, especially the lucky nominees, design company will customize specifically for their dress, and it is free of charge. the return They want is that these actress on the red carpet interview, they can say ‘Valentino’, or ‘YSL’, bluntly, that is to do some advertising for them. They invested thousands of dollars in the evening dress , but if they can become a major bright spot, then the value of the publicity for their own brands would be of about one million. ” tiffany and co
Although the dress is free, but we should not, therefore feel jealous. Because these provided free charge dress would only to wear once, Evening dressesHollywood actress rarely able to own them as their revenue of the wardrobe. In other words, finally, they had to return to its origin owner. Wolailuosi was once the stylist of Oscar-winner Ma Lima Kettering, “Project Runway” and “The Victory Project”. He said: “After the awards ceremony ended, the designer usually would recover the dress, and then save them in their files. A few years later, if these dresses were on display at some exhibition, they will say, ‘certain actress who wore it to participate in Academy Awards’. ”

Exclusive! ‘New Moon’ Star Chaske Spencer Would See ‘The Runaways’ Over ‘Remember Me!’

We spoke to The New Moon wolf pack leader himself and he lit up when we asked him about K-Stew’s new flick!

Kristen Stewart, we talked to your biggest fan - and it’s not Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner!
We ran into your New Moon co-star Chaske Spencer at the NYC premiere of The Bounty Hunter Mar. 16. ”I DEFINITELY want to see The Runaways,” he gushed to us EXCLUSIVELY. “I’m a big Rock ‘n’ Roll fan!” But when we asked him about Rob’s new movie Remember Me, he just shrugged and said, “I’m going to check it out.” Well at least he didn’t say no!
The always humble Chaske who stars in the third Twilight installment Eclipse dished about his affection for both Rob and Kristen, saying “I like them both. Rob is great … they are all just really good down to earth people.”
Revealed: Hollywood’s richest and poorest celebrities

Which Hollywood actor would you guess is worth the most money - Brad Pitt? Tom Cruise? Guess again. According to a new report in In Touch magazine, the wealthiest actor in Tinseltown is Will Smith. Smith is now the highest-paid actor in Hollywood, commanding $80 million a picture. But hip-hop producer and artist Jay-Z has Smith beat: he made $83 million last year. His wife, Beyonce, made $80 million, making them the “Richest Power Couple” on the list.

Simon Cowell was named the “Richest Reality Star,” raking in $50 million a year for being a judge on “American Idol,” as well as producing “The X Factor” and “America’s Got Talent.” “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen is the highest paid TV actor, followed closely by Hugh Laurie of “House.” And the richest teen, of course, is Miley Cyrus, who is giving the Olsen twins a run for their money by earning a $25 million salary for her show, “Hannah Montana.” That doesn’t include the percentage she earns on merchandise sales - which total $1 billion world wide- as well as the $17.5 million she took in for her “Best of Both Worlds” tour.

Mel Gibson was named “Richest Land Owner,” thanks to his $30 million estate and a $37 million church he owns in Malibu, a $35 million compound in Connecticut, a $25 million ranch in Costa Rica (where he hosted Britney Spears this summer) and- get this- his very own private island in Fiji. Former model and mini-TV mogul Tyra Banks was named “Biggest Cheapskate,” (ha!), and Katie Couric, believe it or not, is still the “Richest News Anchor,” while actress Cameron Diaz beats both Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston as the “Richest Actress.” Mysteriously enough, Diaz made $50 million last year. And of course, Madonna tops the list of “Female Pop Divas,” making more than $72 million last year.

Of course, none of these actors even comes close to what talk show host and media mogul Oprah Winfrey makes - she pulled in a staggering $260 million last year thanks to her show, her magazine empire and her radio show and TV network. Better get back to work, Will!

Even more fascinating is the magazine’s report on the “poorest” stars. They defined them as working actors/performers (not has-beens like Willie Aames or Gary Coleman), and some of the people on this list might surprise you.

After the spring cancellation of her show Men in Trees, Anne Heche said she could no longer pay the $15,000 a month in child and spousal support awarded to her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon, the father of her 6-year-old son, Homer. “I am continuing to look for work, but no offers are pending,” Anne said in court papers.

Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” was the hottest song of the summer - but by the time fall rolled around, she still hasn’t seen a dime from it. On Howard Stern’s Sirius radio show, Perry admitted that “the money is still not coming in yet.”

[Lindsay Lohan] has raked in $15 million as an actress and a product pitchwoman. But Lohan has managed to spend a lot more than that. With expenses like $1 million on beauty treatments, $1 million for stays at the Chateau Marmont, and $10,000 a night on drinks during her pre-rehab days (rehab alone cost more than $310,000), it’s no wonder she is now on a strict budget.

[From In Touch print version, Sept. 29, 2008]

Ok, Lohan being broke doesn’t surprise me - but I was surprised to hear that Katy Perry hasn’t gotten a dime for her monster hit song. I actually feel kind of badly for Anne Heche. I always imagine that these celebs have tons of money and a financial advisor who makes sure it doesn’t run out - who would have thought that actors are living paycheck-to-paycheck just like the rest of us?

The usually red carpet-shy James had been a constant fixture by his wife's side during the recent awards season, and the pair repeatedly expressed their mutual affection. Bullock "is old-school Hollywood," James told PEOPLE at the Oscars on March 7 just after her win. "Nobody deserves this more and works harder. I'm so proud of her."

Republicans in Hollywood feel bullied

Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:23am EDT
By Paul Bond

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - At a recent event for Republicans in Hollywood, an actress was asked whether she had ever worn her pro-Sarah Palin pin to an audition.

"You must be joking!" she said with a laugh, adding, "But I see Obama stuff all the time."

It's no secret that the entertainment industry is overwhelmingly liberal -- political donations this presidential cycle from the movie, TV and music industries recently were running about 86% Democrat versus 14% Republican. But being outnumbered is one thing, but being bullied by your liberal co-workers into keeping your opinions to yourself is quite another.

Is that what's going on? Yes, say many of the industry's conservatives. That's why secret organizations with such names as "SpeakEasy" and "The Sunday Night Club" spring up every so often. They're not conservative per se, they just let it be known that attendees of their gatherings may freely discuss politics without being chastised for not toeing the liberal line.

"Are you kidding me? Of course it's true," Kelsey Grammer said when asked whether the town is hostile to conservatives. "I wish Hollywood was a two-party town, but it's not."

Grammer said he knows of a makeup trailer that sported a sign warning Republicans to keep out and of U.S. war veterans who keep their backgrounds a secret from their Hollywood co-workers because they hear them belittle the military.

He even said that, earlier in his career, his job was threatened by a prominent sitcom director who demanded he donate money to Barbara Boxer's U.S. Senate campaign. To keep his job, he gave $10,000 to Boxer and the Democrats.

Nowadays, Grammer is a bankable actor who is unafraid to speak his mind. His advice to less established industry players, though, is to shut up about politics -- "unless you think the way you are supposed to think," and that means liberal.

Unlike Grammer, most Hollywood conservatives appear to be of the closeted variety. "I know every liberal at work and don't know any conservatives because they never speak up," a longtime executive at Warner Bros. said.

However, there are many who are trying to make Hollywood more accommodating to political diversity. Andrew Breitbart is one. At his Breitbart.com (http://www.breitbart.com), he's launching a "Big Hollywood" blog with 40 industry conservatives tasked with -- among other things -- highlighting liberal intolerance.

"There's an undeniably vicious attitude against those who dissent," Breitbart said. "Hollywood is the most predictable place on the planet, not exclusively because of politics but because of narrow-mindedness."

Breitbart maintains that liberals have pushed conservatives too hard in Hollywood and that Americans have noticed. His intent is "to stop the bullying."

One "Big Hollywood" blogger is Andrew Klavan, an accomplished novelist-screenwriter who made a splash with a Wall Street Journal article comparing Batman and the "The Dark Knight" to President Bush and the war on terror.

"It's not easy being different," he said. "The liberals aren't all that liberal. We think they're wrong, but they think we're evil, and they behave like it."

Klavan said a producer, worried that Klavan's political reputation had become common knowledge, asked recently whether he could pitch something Klavan wrote but under an assumed name. Klavan declined.

"I don't want to be the Dalton Trumbo of the right," he said, referring to a notable screenwriter who fell victim to Hollywood's blacklist during the anti-communist hysteria of the 1940s and 1950s.

If you lean right, pitch to those who are sympathetic, or at least tolerant of conservative viewpoints, Klavan said. Mel Gibson, Jerry Bruckheimer and Joel Surnow come to mind.

Klavan also said liberalism seeps into too much Hollywood content nowadays and offers as proof the several anti-Iraq war movies that have been boxoffice bombs.

"These aren't even movies about the war on terror," he said. "They're Vietnam War movies, made by people who sit around at Skybar discussing their pacifist world view."

TV also is too one-sided, he said. "They don't even make fun of Barack Obama," he noted. "How is that possible? The guy's hilarious."

Another "Big Hollywood" blogger is Evan Sayet, whose writing credits include "Win Ben Stein's Money" and "Politically Incorrect With Bill Maher."

Six years ago, while a staff writer for a popular talk show, Sayet said, "I was informed I could not write jokes about ebonics, global warming or any other cause coming from the left."

Nowadays, Sayet heads a conservative comedy troupe called Right to Laugh that performs at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood and similar clubs nationwide.

Even liberals acknowledge that they have an easier time than conservatives in Hollywood.

"The person who will get snickered at and picked on is the one wearing the McCain-Palin button," actor Eric Roberts said. "But that's OK. It's America. A free country. If you're going to stick your neck out, it's gonna get whacked."

"You just said liberals discriminate more than conservatives," interrupted his wife, Eliza, an actress and casting director.

But the couple maintain that taking any passionate political position -- right or left -- can be difficult. They recalled when Eric was a guest on "The O'Reilly Factor" and, after returning to the set of the TV show he was working on, a producer told him: "We're doing a TV show here. We don't need that kind of politicizing. Don't go public with your views."

He noted, though, that the admonition came from a like-minded liberal whose concern was for maintaining high ratings. Nevertheless, the experience had a cautioning effect on Roberts.

"I pick my battles now. If you support Sarah Palin, I'd walk away," he said. "I wouldn't chastise you, I'd feel sorry for you."

Beyond the various "secretive" organizations around town, there is the more obvious Hollywood Congress of Republicans. Headed by actor Mark Vafiades, HCR boasts 160 members who meet about nine times a year to socialize and hear from various right-leaning special guests.

At a recent HCR event, "Saturday Night Live" alumna Victoria Jackson, for example, joked that she's probably the only conservative Christian to have kissed both Sean Penn and Alec Baldwin. Then the comedian-gymnast stood on her head until the room agreed to vote for McCain-Palin, which didn't take long.

Although Obama fundraisers can draw hundreds of moguls, actors, musicians and professional athletes eager to spend time with the senator, McCain's few appearances have been more understated affairs.

The most recent event, in fact, didn't even draw the candidate or his running mate. Instead, spouses Cindy McCain and Todd Palin headlined while comedian Dennis Miller supplied the entertainment.

McCain and Palin don't spend much time in Hollywood -- even to raise money -- because they figure a Republican can't win California. But the party ignores the entertainment capital at its own peril.

"They didn't only write off California, they wrote off our culture," Breitbart said.

Reuters/Hollywood Reporter

Hollywood by Madonna

Everybody comes to Hollywood
They wanna make it in the neighborhood
They like the smell of it in Hollywood
How could it hurt you when it looks so good

[Chorus:]
Shine your light now
This time it's gotta be good
You get it right now (yeah)
'Cause you're in Hollywood

There's something in the air in Hollywood
The sun is shining like you knew it would
You're ridin' in your car in Hollywood
You got the top down and it feels so good

I lost my memory in Hollywood
I've had a million visions, bad and good
There's something in the air in Hollywood
I tried to leave it but I never could

[Chorus]

There's something in the air in Hollywood
I've lost my reputation, bad and good
You're ridin' in your car in Hollywood
You got the top down and it feels so good

Music stations always play the same songs
I'm bored with the concept of right and wrong

Everybody comes to Hollywood
They wanna make it in the neighborhood
They like the smell of it in Hollywood
How could it hurt you when it looks so good

[Chorus]

'Cause you're in Hollywood
'Cause you're in Hollywood
In Hollywood [repeat three times]

Check it out, this bird has flown

[Chorus]

'Cause you're in Hollywood
'Cause you're in Hollywood
In Hollywood [repeat three times]

Push the button
Don't push the button
Trip the station
Change the channel
[Repeat x4]

The true face of Hollywood (Just for Cinelover) ;-)

BREITBART: The true face of Hollywood
Andrew Breitbart
ANALYSIS/OPINION: The Washington Times

Sometimes I just don't get the Republican Party.

Back in 2004, a smart, good-looking moderate Republican Hispanic ran for Congress. At the time Victor Elizalde was just under 40 years old and working as an executive at a big-time Hollywood studio. As an ethnic minority, a family man and a rare open conservative in an industry dominated by liberals, Mr. Elizalde represented hope and change for the Republican Party.

Yet because he was running for Henry A. Waxman´s safe seat, Mr. Elizalde got no support from the Republican Party . In fact, no one in the party´s leadership took notice of him. As a result Mr. Waxman trounced Mr. Elizalde with 71 percent of the vote.

Mr. Elizalde has since moved on with his life and is no longer pursuing a political career. What a major waste of talent. Yet again, I blame the conservative movement and the Republican Party for writing off Hollywood completely.

Mr. Waxman has run virtually uncontested for 35 years now. And he causes nothing but problems for Republicans. To hear him speak, you´d think the Grand Old Party is the No. 1 scourge in the world. Yet Republicans are nice to him and do nothing to hold him accountable for his miserable failure as Hollywood's key congressional representative in Washington.

In 2006, Time magazine dubbed him “The Scariest Guy in Washington,” touting that Mr. Waxman has spent the previous “eight years churning out some 2,000 headline-grabbing reports, blasting the Bush administration and the Republican Congress on everything from faulty prewar intelligence and flaws in missile defense to the flu-vaccine shortage and arsenic in drinking water.” Two years later, Britain's Guardian newspaper similarly described him as “the scariest politician in Washington.”

Since Mr. Waxman was first elected to office in 1974 to represent much of the entertainment business's core working population, many of the industry´s rank-and-file jobs have flown the coop. Film and television production have gone to places like Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Romania and beyond - because California is no longer hospitable for doing business.

According to a recent report from the Center for Entertainment Industry Data and Research, Hollywood has been rocked by lost feature-film production. Despite a 30 percent rise in overall production, the value of productions in the U.S. has declined from $3.93 billion in 1998 to $3.38 billion in 2005, a statistic that when ripple effects throughout the economy are added in, the Center estimated has cost 47,000 jobs per year and $23 billion.

Where was Henry?

Over the same years, the Center wrote that “feature-film production in Canada grew from $430 million to $1.2 billion (179 percent). For the same period, production in the U.K. and Ireland increased from $486 million to $809 million (66 percent) ... production in Australia and New Zealand rose from $113 million to $717 million (531 percent) ... production in Eastern Europe jumped from $30 million to $308 million (927 percent).”

All that money should have stayed in the United States, and most of it should have stayed in California, most especially in Mr. Waxman's district, which covers much of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Where was Henry?

Runaway production should be my congressman's biggest concern - but instead he continues to investigate the Bush administration. But that's what his daffy constituents elect him for, year in and year out. There's nothing a selfish, vain, vindictive and spoiled Hollywood liberal likes to hear more than to hear conservatives are to blame for everything.

During Mr. Waxman's 35-year tenure, Hollywood has not just shipped countless jobs overseas, it has become the ultimate outsourced industry. Films are invariably financed by foreign countries: Russians, Saudis, French and Germans, to name but a few guilty parties, now dictate the content of what many consider the DNA of American culture.

Where was Henry?

Ever wonder why the white American businessmen are always the bad guys and radical Islamists almost never are? More money is now made from foreign than domestic box office.

As a result, Hollywood now crafts its moral, ethical and political messages to assuage external sensibilities. Our top films are now premiered and showcased abroad, and standing ovations for anti-American films by elite festivalgoers in San Sebastian, London, Cannes and Toronto grant Hollywood celebrities a distorted picture of America´s worth. These economic dynamics contribute to why “they all hate us.”

Where was Henry?

I blame him for allowing America to become a dirty word abroad.

In this generation of Democratic Party dominance in West Los Angeles, dissent from the idea that America is to blame for everything wrong in the world is considered anything but patriotic. Free speech and the free exchange of ideas are noble concepts long extinct in the one-party, politically correct (and corrupt) culture of Hollywood. Maybe another congressional subpoena hurled at Halliburton by the “scariest guy” in Washington can get to the crux of the problem.

Hopefully, new Republican Party chairman Michael S. Steele, who promised in his acceptance speech last week to take the Republican message places it hasn't been taken previously, will see that in Mr. Waxman - a liberal Democrat who says all the right things but has done nothing to save jobs in his district - the Republicans have a fantastic poster child for the empty rhetoric of the modern Left.

Knock Henry A. Waxman out of a safe seat?

Yes, we can!
