In the wake of the recession, it's become increasingly common for credit card companies to jack up interest rates — in some cases, without due cause. Typically, outraged customers seek an explanation via customer service representative – but one disgruntled card holder took her case to YouTube
In the now viral video, aptly titled Debtor's Revolt Begins Now, B of A customer, Ann Minch launches a heated attack on the bank, claiming that her interest rate was raised from 12.99 percent to a whopping 30 percent, despite diligent and timely payments. Her attempts to negotiate with the branch, where she has been a customer for 14 years, were dismissed — until her now infamous rant gained some serious media attention, and was finally seen by one of the Bank's executives, who re-adjusted her interest to its original rate.

In the "Business Ethics" episode of The Office, Holly holds the type of business ethics seminar that could only take place at Dunder Mifflin. Which would mean that you and I have something in common because I, too, browse the Sugar Network when I'm feeling burnt out! No finger pointing here, ladies, we're all in the same boat when it comes to clicking on that Internet icon on our desktops.

How memorable would it be to have Oprah as a commencement speaker at your graduation ceremony? She spoke for about 30 minutes to Stanford's class of 2008 and shared these three lessons that have greatly impacted her life, having to do "with feelings, with failure and with finding happiness."
She may have given each graduate two books, but we can all take something away from the three lessons.

While you already know when you're going to get your rebate check, some scammers are doing their best to get in their way of you and your check finally coming together. The IRS just issued the top 12 tax scams — usual suspects like phishing and hiding income offshore made the list, but this year scammers have been trying to squeeze money from the economic stimulus rebate checks.
The bad guys gather other people's financial information by convincing them it's the only way to receive their rebates.
