Jun 11 2009 - 5:45am Last season we watched as Sookie Stackhouse met her beloved soulmate, 173-year-old vampire Bill Compton, in HBO’s hit series True Blood from visionary creator Alan Ball. The new season starts Sunday, June 14, at 9 p.m. and we can’t wait to watch what unfolds in the sultry southern town of Bon Temps, as these forbidden lovers encounter more thrilling events. We love the racy escapades, sexy romps, and dark humor that make it a must-watch show.
SOOOOOO excited. I am chomping at the bit waiting for this to start up again. I read all the books and love the Sookie series. I find it sort of neat that they don't stick to the books
closely because then I don't know what to expect. Great show.
sadly, I don't have HBO, but I watched the whole first season during a free preview weekend my cable company offered last month. so now I am kind of sad that I have to wait awhile to see the
second season .... although I am considering buying episodes on itunes ...
I love the books too backfat! I like the twilight series and all but True blood is way more addicting (both show and book series). I unfortunately have to work until 9 sunday but they always
do an encore later on Can't wait!

I got all excited recently browsing amazon.com. I saw an entry for A Touch of Dead (I think that's what it was called), thinking it was a new book, but it was just a compilation of all the
Sookie books. So disappointed. Also, It's the price of like two paperback Sookie books. I paid for each book and two hardcover ones so I was grumpy about that.
