Casual Friday is reinstituted at Dunder-Mifflin on last night's episode of The Office, now that Michael is back in charge. Angela hates it because she thinks everyone looks inappropriate, and is especially bent out of shape about Oscar's sandals. Michael's interpretation of casual Friday is a hoodie, t-shirt, and jeans, Pam and Phyllis show up in the same khaki pants and purple plaid shirt, Meredith rocks a skimpy tube dress (with no underwear), and Kelly shows off her street style in overalls, metallic boots, and a hat.

Do You Make Personal Calls in Your Co-Workers' Presence?

The Michael Scott Paper Company moved into its 165-square-foot headquarters on last night's episode of The Office, leaving Michael, Pam, and Comeback Ryan without any personal space. With no doors to close for privacy, the three colleagues adopt different corners of the office and have plenty of time to make calls because there's no work to do. Quarters are so close that Pam blatantly hears Micheal tell his mom, "P is being a B," and Ryan tells his friend, "Pam would be a six in New York, but she's a seven because it's Scranton."

I sincerely hope none of you have similar office conditions, but I know square footage doesn't matter much when everyone is sitting so close to each other, anyway. Do you make personal calls in your co-workers' presence? Do your co-workers make them in front of you?

Have You Had a Golden Ticket Idea at Work?

In last night's episode of the The Office Michael comes up with the idea to put five discount tickets in paper shipments for lucky customers. In typical Dunder Mifflin fashion, his idea backfires when all of the tickets end up in boxes delivered to one of Jim's customers, causing Jim to lose out on sales and corporate to call Michael in search of the person behind the so-called golden ticket plan. After Michael panics and blames Dwight, the big winner calls thrilled and commits to making Dunder Mifflin its only paper supplier. Naturally, Michael back peddles and fights to prove it was his idea after all. Chances are slim you've ever dressed up as Willy Wonka for work, but have you ever taken a chance on a risky idea that panned out in the end?

Michael and Kevin throw a lonely hearts club mixer on last night's episode of The Office at the most logical venue for making love connections - the Dunder-Mifflin office. While there's not much that wouldn't be acceptable at this workplace, the episode got me thinking about how much our co-workers know about one of the most intimate parts of our lives. It's likely your colleagues are aware of your relationship status, but how much do they know about the details of your love life?

Jim and Dwight took their party-planning responsibilities seriously in last night's episode of The Office, blowing up balloons, decorating a sheet cake, and even thinking of a theme for Kelley's birthday.

The demanding birthday girl got the cake no matter what, but the planning duo gave Kelley the option of taking a one-hour nap or watching one hour of TV for her birthday treat. Kelley went for the nap, which is exactly what I would choose without hesitation. What about you?

The Office: Faxing Is Played Out

Last night's episode of The Office was all about Michael realizing that he's more of a softy than a shark, but I loved the beginning scene when he makes fun of his boss for trying to fax something rather than email it. If you've ever been an assistant in an office or dealt with clients that demand a fax then you'll probably enjoy this clip. What's the point in dialing on the fax (and dealing with the inevitable paper jams) when you can just email?

What's Your Most Memorable Office Party Moment?

Office holiday parties have the tendency to be awkward, to say the least, which is the reason many workers say they need alcohol to have a good time at these festive functions. On last night's episode of The Office, Meredith took this necessity to the next level and got hammered on a potent alcoholic potion (equal parts scotch, rum, absinthe, gin, vermouth, triple sec, and two packs of Splenda) concocted by the Scranton branch boss himself, Michael Scott.

In celebration of the party's "Nights in Morocco" theme, Meredith lifted up her shirt to show off her belly-dancing skills, and while dancing her hair somehow catches on fire. Do You Ever Feel Like You're Smarter Than Your Boss?

Last night's episode of The Office was titled "The Surplus," and the episode appropriately opened with Oscar explaining to Michael why they had to spend the $4,300 budget surplus by the day's end. When Michael doesn't understand what Oscar is talking about, he asks Oscar to explain it to him like he's an 8-year-old. Then, when the light-bulb still doesn't go on, he asks Oscar to explain it to him like he's a 5-year-old. I was impressed with how patient Oscar was with Michael! I'm Asking: Describe Your Least Favorite Co-Worker

One of my favorite moments of last night's episode of The Office was when Michael first sees Toby after his Costa Rican hiatus and repeatedly shouts "no" in Toby's face. Michael doesn't try to keep his distaste for Toby a secret - everyone from the corporate Dunder-Mifflin Office to Scranton knows how much resentment Michael holds for him.

I doubt any of you have tried to set up your co-worker to be busted as a drug dealer, using basil from a caprese salad, no less, but are there any co-workers who you'd describe as your least favorite? Is It Easier to Find a Relationship Than a Friend at The Office?

Last night, Michael, Andy, and Oscar took a business trip that got them out of The Office and took them to Canada. While Michael is off with the concierge from their hotel, Andy and Oscar get drunk together and enjoy each other's company. Andy tries to play Oscar's wingman by approaching two men in the bar he thought were gay, and Oscar encourages Andy to drunk dial Angela and ask her why she won't "do him."

Back in Scranton, Kelly and Ryan reignite their relationship, and Pam comes back from New York and makes an adorable speech to Jim upon her return. It seems like, at least in this office, it's easier to fall in love than make friends; as Andy says, "I had to go all the way to Canada to get to know a guy who sits 20 feet away from me." Watch the video of the early stages of their bromance, and then tell me, do you think it's easier to find a relationship than a friend at work?
