I must say, I really respect her. Even though I'd never eat all the stuff she cooks, you have to give her props for all her hard work.
1Its about a lot more than respect; for women who can relate to Paula's life, especially troubling times, its more about appreciation for inner strength to overcome a hard life and troubling times. I like her understanding of the serenity prayer and her strong will. She is very inspirational and in fact, a proven miracle.
