New couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are already getting pretty domestic, hitting the grocery store together on New Year's Eve. Looks like they may have celebrated the holiday with a low-key dinner as they filled their cart with lots of goodies, though they didn't have as much fun in the aisles as
another couple we know. John was the guy most of
you wanted to see more of in 2008, but since he's off the market for now, is he still at the top of your list for 2009?

We heard
rumblings of a romance between John Krasinski and Emily Blunt a few weeks ago, and apparently the rumors are true. They stepped out Monday night for a movie date at the Arclight in LA, and it looks like John is putting a smile on Emily's face already. Most of you picked Jim and Pam for
the best TV romance of 2008, but we'll have to wait and see if John's new real-life relationship will be just as sweet.

Merry Moroccan Christmas,
Office fans! I really think this week's episode is totally old-school Office goodness, which is a great way to end the 2008 episodes. Plenty of superuncomfortable, cringe-worthy moments mixed with hilarious things and Jam cuteness and — perhaps my favorite part of all — another Jim prank for Dwight!

Emily Blunt laughed and joked over coffee with her agent in LA a couple of days ago looking fab and slightly kooky in her sparkly tights. British actress Emily and her ex Michael Bublé
split up in July, having dated since 2005 when she met him backstage at one of his concerts. He's been speaking out about his ex-girlfriend,
saying that he will always love her and that they're still friends.

At Dunder-Mifflin this week, Michael finds out that their branch has a surplus (I love Oscar's patient surplus explanation using the lemonade stand analogy) of $4,300 that they must use by the end of the day or it will be deducted from next year's budget. The staff is then divided on how to use the money: new chairs, or a new copier? Elsewhere, Dwight, Andy and Angela are butting heads while planning Andy and Angela's wedding at Schrute Farms.
Leo and Zac weren't the only hot guys who were spotted courtside at a Lakers game this weekend — there was a brand new bunch of boys in the house last night. David Beckham resurfaced after his
long flight back to LA but left his boys at home this time. On the other hand, Will Ferrell had some bonding time with Magnus while Shia LaBeouf seemed to find himself a pint-size playmate as well.

While the
American Music Awards had our full attention last night, another set of stars came together on Saturday night in LA for
CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute. Justin Timberlake's ex-girlfriend, Cameron Diaz looked beautiful in basic black, while his current girl Jessica Biel looked equally fabulous in her strapless number. Sexy Salma Hayek stood out in an eye-catching colored dress while the guys didn't disappoint either — Hugh Jackman lived up to his new title of
Sexiest Man Alive and John Legend looked hot as he performed on stage.

An LA Lakers basketball game is always sure to bring out some celebrity supporters, and this weekend's did not disappoint. Fervent
Lakers supporter David Beckham was there without
his kids this time, and spent a little time watching the cheerleaders encourage the players! Jason Bateman and John Krasinski (The Office) sat next to David for a little while, and then sat together courtside throughout, laughing their heads off — I guess that's what happens when you get two funny guys sat next to each other.

You guys, Toby's back! I'm so happy! He's one of my all-time favorite supporting characters on
The Office (
who's yours?).

This episode of The Office should just be called The Andy Show — he gets all the best lines and does a hilarious job delivering them. And I love the teaming up of Andy and Oscar. So unlikely, and thus, so very funny.
