Every week on Tabatha's Salon Takeover, hairstylist extraordinaire Tabatha Coffey takes control of a flailing salon and whips it into shape. Although I'm an avid viewer, I'm not quite so sure how I would react to real-life Tabatha in my work space — taking total control of my company's policies and the people I work with.
Some of the highlights include a full-out interior design makeover of the salon studio, and a complete revamping of lackadaisical company policies.

On this week's Rachel Zoe Project, Rachel makes a questionable management move and invites Brad and Taylor to Paris before realizing one of them is going to have to stay behind at the studio. When she becomes aware of her mistake, she tells them they should decide amongst themselves who will go, thinking Brad will volunteer to stay home.
The suggestion immediately becomes an issue for Brad and Taylor.

We're merely four days from the Oscars which means it's time for another career tip from Hollywood's women that aren't scared to work it. Glamour got Lauren Zalaznick, president of Bravo and Oxygen network, to talk about her success — we have Lauren to partially thank for our Project Runway addiction!
