We all want to save more money in 2010, and while total deprivation is not the road to happy saving, trimming back on some of the extras we previously afforded ourselves can make the difference between an empty savings account and a flourishing one. If you've resolved to curb your spending and keep expenses in check like I have, then the cost of a gym membership can seem like a splurge. But the problem is that there's a little conflict of interest in my New Year's Resolutions — in addition to spending wisely, I've also vowed to follow Fit's example and stay healthy and active all year.
