Aw Foxie, I couldn't disagree more...Jim and Pam are my favorite TV couple and I waited three seasons for them to finally get together! But like most TV relationships, I'm sure it won't be all smooth-sailing for them and I'm sure something will come between them eventually...so you'll probably have your suspense at some point!

Hmmm...well, I've never noticed any chair envy at my work, but I've seen this type of behavior over other supplies. I'm a middle school teacher and most of the people I work with are VERY possessive of their belongings. Teachers pay for a lot of classroom supplies these days out-of-pocket, so we try to keep tabs on our classroom supplies for sure.

There is total chair envy at my work - there is the legend of a previous attorney who only agreed to come work at the office if he could pick out his own chair, and they agreed. It is a coveted chair now. Any time someone leaves the office is picked apart and scavenged. It is the circle of life... I was thinking about how Jim and Pam will have to have something go wrong - and I just wast Jim and Pam to be happy and be a couple and keep going. I don't care about the relationship drama, I watch for the dynamics and situations they get into. Drama doesn't need to be in the on/off relationships - that is just a cop-out! I thought the moment Jim was saying 'it is coming' to Pam, very seriously, was the most relatable moment for me, ever. I love that moment when you're in a relationship, and you both acknowledge you're going to be together forever, and there will be a wedding. And I freaked when he got down on one knee and then made a joke, it was adorable!

on the Pam & Jim front: I got so giddy and excited with all the engagement parts of the show! Very cute...I can't believe how affected I can get by a TV show! on the chair front: there are definitely good chairs and bad chairs at work...and the whole getting other people's chairs thing reminded me and my friends of a book we read together (we started a book club), Then We Came to the End, by Joshua Harris.

People at my old job used to tape their business card to the back of their chair so that it wouldn't get taken. People would get upset if you adjusted the height of it. It's a freaking chair...lol When Jim got down on one knee, I knew he wouldn't propose because it would be too soon for us at home. They are going to drag it out. And I did get giddy when he showed off the ring.

Chair envy is such a huge issue at my work. I can TOTALLY relate!

Chair envy is true--our boss' chair was so nice before, and it was really nice of him to lend it to a pregnant colleague. But after we've moved to a new office and everyone finally got chairs with arm rests, we've all stopped complaining

Jim needs to dump Pam!! Their relationship kills all the suspense in the show.... although, I have to admit that I almost teared up when he pulled out that engagement ring...
