I think this was a good move by New York, they were the money makers. Lindsay got 0. But my opinion about the pictures is that the girl just doesn't have the curves for those shots. Her waist just isn't the same at Marylin's. I would have rather of seen Scarlet do the shot.

For what reason I have no idea, she looks like a 14 year old boy. There is nothing to her at all. And to pose as Marilyn you've got to be kidding me ...

I really don't believe that she didn't any money for this. I'm sure she did get paid and they don't want to create more controversy by disclosing the amount.

She's no Marilyn, that's for sure. Wish she would focus on her acting instead.

she doesn't do Marilyn justice. She's annoying and talentless. 
Honestly, I wasn't impressed at all. I looked up the original Marilyn Monroe pictures from that photo shoot and it looks completely different from this "remake". Lindsay just doesn't have that subtle charisma of Marilyn, and IMO doesn't deserve to be compared to her. BUT, this community already attacked that (http://popsugar.com/1051523/), so I'll just say that I guess LL wasn't the only one who took advantage of this "opportunity" -- that is quite an amazing sum to earn from advertising over such a short time.
