Of Course Sam Bee Has the Perfect Analogy to Describe "Trumpcare"

The House Republicans' Affordable Care Act replacement is not exactly a masterfully constructed plan, and Samantha Bee has an idea why that might be the case.

"After seven years of procrastination, the Republican House pounded some Red Bull and pulled an all-nighter to get their Trumpcare assignment in," Bee quipped on her show Full Frontal. "And it showed." Despite the bill's smaller size in terms of paper, the GOP's health care proposal is a scrambled version of Obamacare — "with none of the things that pay for Obamacare," as Bee masterfully explains in under a minute.

Considering all the criticism of the bill, including from within their own party, the GOP might have been better off saying a dog ate their homework.
