Country stars from all over the US got together in Las Vegas last night for the Academy of Country Music Awards. Taylor Swift looked stunning in a gold Dolce & Gabbana gown as she worked her stuff on the red carpet alongside stars like Sheryl Crow and Keith Urban. Carrie Underwood made a big statement in a red Naeem Khan frock, while Faith Hill went for a simple black number to pose in front of photographers with husband Tim McGraw. Inside the event, Taylor got giddy when she got a chance to meet Shania Twain and John Mayer sang with Brad Paisley in one of his first live performances since he has battled vocal cord problems.

Big winners at the ACM Awards included Miranda Lambert, who nabbed awards for female vocalist of the year, single record of the year, and song of the year with husband Blake Shelton. Miranda broke down in tears during her acceptance speeches, saying that she was "rooting for Carrie Underwood" for the female vocalist award. Other winners included Little Big Town and Luke Bryan, who won entertainer of the year and also cohosted the event with Blake.

Then, blot lipstick with a tissue and dust with mattifying powder. You can repeat the process multiple times until you get the intensity you desire. Finally, clean up any smears with concealer. A fluorescent lip color is best paired with a basic eye look with lots of liner and a classic little black dress. The neon color is sure to turn heads all on its own.

Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard led the team to a 114-to-102 victory over the visiting squad. David kept the boys occupied during breaks from game play and even posed for some adorable photos with Cruz while Brooklyn and Romeo played photographer. Earlier in the week, he made sure to spend some quality time with Harper as well. David and Harper visited The Grove where they played with bubbles and checked out the holiday decorations.

David's comfortable posing in front of the camera — in fact, he strips down once again in his latest H&M campaign. In addition to representing the fashion retailer, David's also added a new client to his modeling portfolio. Beckham is the new face of Breitling, and according to the soccer star, he chose the watch company because "they create not only the highest-performance watches but also timeless designs that have inspired generations. It was a natural choice for me to partner with this fantastic brand."

Since when is being broke funny?

Since CBS released its new sitcom 2 Broke Girls, in which actress Beth Behrs plays a recently humbled heiress, Caroline, who moves to Brooklyn to hide out after her father loses their family fortune in a Ponzi scheme.

Caroline winds up living with her perpetually poor fellow waitress, Max, played by Kat Dennings, and the two hatch a plan to save their wages and start a cupcake business.

Recession-era cupcake businesses have been all the rage lately (see: Bridesmaids), but shows addressing personal finances — or lack thereof — with humor and honesty is something we don’t see very often. Caroline and Max manage to plan for their future while hustling for their present — and survive on a shoestring with admirable grace. We love that these characters live richly, even on a tight salary: After all, that's what LearnVest is all about.

LearnVest: As a 26-year-old in Hollywood, how much of Caroline and Max’s financial struggle can you relate to?

Beth Behrs: Literally up until we shot the pilot, I was working as a nanny five days a week and then as a bartender and concierge at The Geffen Playhouse on the weekends. So, I can definitely relate to being broke, right out of college and working tons of odd jobs to just pay the rent.
