Do you have what it takes to take on the world's hardest job? Mullen, a Boston-based ad agency, recently placed an ad for director of operations at Rehtom, Inc. Twenty-four people applied for the position and were interviewed over webcam. Watch their expressions as they were educated on some of the insane duties and requirements for the position, some of which are:

  • No pay
  • You're on your feet all day and constantly exerting yourself
  • 135 to unlimited hours a week, no breaks, no vacations, and higher workload on holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • You can only eat lunch when associate is done eating lunch
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in medicine, finance, and culinary arts preferred
  • Occasionally, you will have to stay up with the associate through the night
  • Chaotic work environment

Sounds pretty awful, doesn't it? Well, it might surprise you that a lot of people have this position. Find out who in their right mind would take this job willingly.
