Who Would You Rather Have as a Boss: Oprah or Conan?

There aren't too many jobs out there with mega-perks, but Oprah certainly comes to mind as the boss who makes employees' dreams come true. Conan O'Brien may not have the same pull as Oprah and her empire, but the talented host sure is funny and showed he's loyal to his team when he moved most of the staff out to Los Angeles for The Tonight Show.

Are you kidding? Oprah, of course! I'd work for her for free! Plus Conan's face kind of really creeps me out. (there, I said it)

Conan-Oprah has a rep for being difficult, never heard a thing about Conan. And I'm hardly an Oprah fan.

I know people who have worked for both, they have good and bad stories but I'll go along with Bella and leave it at that.

Conan! Oprah annoys me. Plus, as much as I like the people I work with, I take vacations to get away from them; I don't want to take vacation with them.

Ha! I know a little birdy who worked for Oprah, and I know another little birdy who works for Conan. I'm keeping mum on who liked their job more. :)

I would want to work for Conan. Loyalty is VERY important in my book. For me, loyalty is valued over materialistic things. Besides, I buy my own personal belongings. I don't need anybody for that, and I never will. :)

Ummm....100% I would want Oprah as my boss. I would enjoy the free trips to Hawaii and on a cruise that she has provided for her staff. She will probably buy them all houses next.
