What's the Best Office Trend in 2009?

As we inch closer to a new year, I'm asking you to tell me what you think is the Best of 2009.

While your daily work life may not have changed much day to day in the past year, several office trends emerged that changed up the old routine a bit. Most of the trends are an aftereffect of the rough turn the economy took in 2008 and the fact that employees are still trying to cut costs and maintain lean budgets.
