Halloween was in full bloom at Dunder Mifflin on last night's episode of The Office. Everyone was definitely in festive spirits, although Oscar's "rational consumer costume" was a bit questionable. His "costume" looked like a normal, everyday outfit, but he still managed to win the employee costume contest.
Meanwhile, Michael put a damper on the fun mood when he let his resentment of Darryl get the best of him (Darryl pitched an idea to corporate without telling Michael). Michael tried to mock Darryl by dressing up as the warehouse foreman, but failed miserably. His mean-spirited antics kind of killed the mood a little, so I'm asking — what kind of behavior is inappropriate for office parties?
