Kim Kardashian recently filed a lawsuit against Old Navy alleging that the clothing company hired model, Melissa Molinaro, who looks just like Kim in its new "Super C-U-T-E" commercial.

Kim is suing the company up to an estimated $20 million for "the unauthorised use of Kardashian's name, likeness, identity, and persona."

Melissa told E! news that the resemblance was purely a coincidence and that the clothier was scouting for a "true dance pop superstar" with a talent for lip syncing, and not a Kim Kardashian lookalike.
