Telling everyone within earshot of your cubicle that you hate Mr. Boss because of his close-talking onion breath, doesn't exactly qualify as professional behavior. That's why there's workgrrs, a website that lets you vent about everything you're holding inside. Sharing your anonymous office gripes on the site may just help you from having a "did I say that out loud?" moment at work from holding it all in for so long.

Another job site that I recently came across is Not Hired, an amusing site that was created by some good-humored "HR monkeys and hiring managers." The site compiles and picks apart real resumes, Craigslist job wanted ads, and interview antics, all which are fatally flawed. The premise kind of reminds me of the headlines that Jay Leno reads aloud on his show — it's hard to believe some of the entries are real!
