I recently asked if you love your job or just the paycheck and about 60 percent of you said you do it for the cold hard cash. While I understand monetary compensation is often the most weighty factor in job and career selection (we all gotta eat, right!), it can't hurt to strive for a job that is fulfilling financially, intellectually, and emotionally.
Wacky workplaces like the one depicted on The Office don't suit everyone, but I've found that my friends who work at companies that celebrate humor, creativity, and the ongoing achievements and accomplishments of employees are the most content.
Is there a single factor or shift that would make you happier at your current job?
