Last season Roger and his wife separated after she showed up at the office disgruntled with him and caused a scene. While the drama may have fueled some office entertainment, it wasn't especially work-appropriate.

Lesson learned: Try and keep your family and personal drama under wraps at work so your co-workers and boss stay focused on your professional achievements and skill.
