Does Your Boss Know How Hard You Work?
My sister is one of those amazing got-it-all-together girls. She's smart, she's successful, she's always on top of her game at work, and she also happens to be a ton of fun and pretty as can be. She works for a small business and has been given great opportunities, but to an outsider and her support system, it sounds like her boss doesn't recognize how hard she works. Having been in a similar situation at past jobs, my advice to her is to prove it, prove it again, and speak up. How about you? Does your boss appreciate what you do?
