yes, but it's a bit of a pain. however, i'm going over it all, medical, dental, and vision this weekend so I can plan how to squeeze every last benefit out of it. In this job market/economy I might as well use it while I have it! ;)

Yes. We have pretty good insurance. Works pays for mine in full. I pay $6000 a year for my husband's though (through my work)!!!

Yes, but I'm on my hubby's plan. I used to have to pay for an individual plan because my company (very small) doesn't offer any. Boo!

I do have health insurance but private health insurance is a royal joke. We need a socialist universal system. My uncle is getting out of the hospital for colon cancer removal with my health insurance and has less medical bills than my one day disc surgury in my neck. He was able to negotiate with his doctors.

I voted yes, but technically, I don't yet. I just enrolled for it and it will be active toward the end of August. It's been about 1.5 years since I've had any kind of medical insurance and I'm very excited to have it once again. I'm already making appointments with my doctors for September. :)

Like SDTransplant said, I go to the doctor (have 4 of them) way too much to not have insurance.

I do, and always have. It's a priority for me to have health insurance - if there is something wrong with my body, then I would like to know as soon as possible. I also have some family risk factors for certain conditions, and going for preventative care (made a LOT cheaper with insurance) will definitely help keep those at bay.

Not in the US, but yes in the UK since it's a given. I recently went home for a visit to the US and due to unforeseen circumstances needed emergency surgery which cost $12,000. It was great.

We have insurance (through the union), but our plan has like a $100 'deductible.' :p I wish it covers everything so we don't have to pay a dime out of pocket when things like me and our kid have to go to doctor to get our eye infection..taken care of. :D Oh well, at least we're not paying too much for health insurance so we're pretty lucky the whole family has it.

Yes and I'm so happy that I do now. I didn't for almost 5 years! Luckily I stayed pretty healthy for the most part.

I put "yes" BUT my insurance is through Germany! Because I am in between school years right now I am not covered but I'm a german citizen so I was able to get some from there....

Yes, we do. We have excellent health insurance. However, it's largely unused as we're both healthy. Also, I think I'm fortunate that I have a great family doctor.

Yep, we're covered...we have health coverage and dental/vision plans as well. I can't imagine not being insured...that's like playing Russian Roulette with your health. Every day when people get admitted for things like major trauma, I always hope they have insurance because otherwise they probably won't get the care they really need or they'll be paying their bill for the rest of their lives.

I'm praying that I get a job soon so I can get myself checked out. It costs too much to go to the doctor, or God forbid, pay for prescriptions. For now, I eat right, exercise, wash my hands frequently and look both ways before I cross the street.

yes thank goodness. i just can't wait to get my official marriage license so i can put my husband on my policy since he doesn't have any and it makes me nervous!
