I now work from home, and sometimes I just really miss the security of the constant paychecks. Always knowing your getting that steady amount twice a month gives you a lot of security that I
don't think I will ever get from working from home. I hate having a bad week or month and not making a decent amount of money, no matter how much I have prepared for it I still worry when it
happens.
Not having a job is my biggest source of work-related stress right now. But when I'm employed, the thing I hate the most is dealing with customers. Too many people have no manners.
Most definitely the workload/patient load. Some days, we get so many specimens that we literally can't even take a break to pee. It can get extremely stressful, but luckily we're all team
players and we all help out pretty equally.
Feels like a lot these days, but I think what gets to me most is the pressure to meet current project deadlines while simultaneously building new business, and what seems like some tough work
relationships with my colleagues.
