I agree though, they make way too much! Are there really enough people watching this to justify those salaries?

Oh well, for most of them, this will be what they live off of the rest of their life. I don't see any budding Meryl Streep's among that bunch.

Regardless of their talent, I totally think its justified...they make so much money for MTV, thats peanuts compared to what they bring in.

But, a year or so back (at the beginning of Lauren's last season I think) I heard Lo (and Brody etc.) only made $10,000 an episode...so that obviously went WAYY UP!

I will never question how they can afford luxury items again. At least now I know they all get paid pretty big bucks for what they do.

And we aren't even counting all the extra money they make with appearances, and endorsments and all that jazz!

WOW...weird that KCav makes less than Lo and Audrina, considering she is the new "main character". i find it funny that spencer doesn't make as much as heidi!

sorry but that's absolute insanity. They don't "deserve" that, they should be on their knees thanking God they even have the opportunity to have it that good!! So freakin' spoiled, it's insane.

It's not like they are the cast of Friends, for crying out loud... That is crazy. And people who actually work hard for a living... They make in one episode one a lucky person may make in a year. They better be donating to charities or something. It's truly undeserved.

So Lo Bosworth makes $100,000 for her 3-7 min of airtime per episode!!!!

This is f@#$ing disgusting!! this is what society has come to, that people like lauren conrad and lo bosworth and all the other talentless stupid cast of the hills are making more than middle-aged, educated hard-working people who go to colleges and universities to actually gain a degree or at least have a decent purpose in life!! And even those who don't go to college or whatever, anyone in general who works hard to make a living, struggling actors with actual talent....etc.. I mean c'mon there is no way that any member of that cast deserves those salaries..i mean the hills is a stupid show composed of fallacious and laughable plot lines meant to be commercially pleasing its so stupid and we as the viewers are the ones to blame for watching their stupid show and giving them such high ratings so the gong show cast members can make ridiculous amounts of money! I mean i know I sound like a b*tch and I'm ranting but it's ridiculous that they are making that much per week when most who are actually deserving don't even make as much in a year.
