I needed cash to spring my car, I was getting hit with not only B of A's fees, but also fees from the credit union that owned the ATM as well!

They charge but then give a "rebate" up to 5 times in a month for using out of network ATMs.

6My bank (Fifth Third) charges me $2 if I use another bank's atm, but there is an atm at my grocery store that I don't get charged for.
