I usually keep my email open at my computer and when I have a free minute, I'll check it and send some stuff. I only use the phone if it's an emergency because it's too much of a distraction.
Mostly personal phone calls, which I am not too comfortable about 'cause they're not that private. The second way is e-mailing and the third way are social networking sites.
My work is very strict about contact at work. I'm currently not allowed to share my work e-mail, nor am I allowed to browse the web. Then again, it's probably a security issue, and I'm only
temping there.
I use my Blackberry e-mail and texting capabilities!
