Sarah Jessica Parker's line of affordable clothing,
Bitten, was sold exclusively at Steve & Barry stores. The retailer wasn't able to survive when reduced consumer spending during the recession coupled with higher transportation costs, and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2008. The fate of Bitten remains TBD.
