I think being an author would be cooler, but harder. I'd rather be the book critic.
1I'd rather be an author because it lets you be more creative. Being a book critic would probably be easier though...you don't have to actually write anything, lol!

4both are very interesting, but an author needs to be creative, and i like it
5I think book critic would be more fun because you get to read many different books and write about them. As an author, you'd only write and re-write and revise about one or two a year. I think I would be sick of it after awhile.
6I'm with bengal, but I picked author because of the creativity involved
7I already work as a book critic and because of this, I would never want to be an author!
