well..i usually take a nice warm bath and order take out and sit in front of the TV with a movie i've been meaning to watch/book i've been meaning to read. cuddling with the fiance helps as

A lot of these: I have to walk about 30mins from my work to my flat, so a nice stroll by the river with my iPod already helps. I usually watch a series/film with my flatmate, have a quick nap
and do some yoga since I started a class a few weeks ago. I also read a lot, but that's for work (I started an internship at a literary agency a few weeks ago) so it's sometimes a bit
stressful more than only enjoyable!
I usually combine a few of these, I nap with relaxing music on, or take a hot shower and watch mindless TV, or a good movie. All good ideas. Thanks for sharing

Particularly appropriate after my day today!! Rough days at the office are crappy, thank goodness they don't happen too often!
