I'm not at all surprised to see the D.C. metro area on this list. We haven't been hit nearly as hard as many other cities by the recession to begin with. Of course all of the new government jobs don't hurt either!
1I thought this would be a running article from the picture....
Maybe since the picture is more prominent than the headline on my OnSugar - Sites I'm Following page - perhaps more emphasis should be put on a more appropriate picture for the article.
