Our company policy is - 18 days of FTO for the first year, and then you get 1 more day for each year afterward - max out at 25 days per year.

After being with my company for 3 years, we get 4 weeks per year with the ability to carry over two year's worth of accrued leave year to year.

I'm currently taking advantage of some of this time!

My company gives 5 days for the first year, 10 days from year 2 until year 5 and then 3 weeks tops. Nothing can be accrued to the next year and we can't use our personal days or sick days with our vacation.
SUCKS!

I work on the administrative staff at a school. We get 20 days to use in the Summer and then during the year, we get half of all school breaks. For example, we get half of the days off at Spring Break and Winter Break. It's awesome! Then we have our personal days and sick days. I love my job

I work part time and I get my vacation hours based on how many hours I work. I started back with my company in Dec of '07 and my last check said I have 27.88 vacation hours saved since I started. I can cash them in anytime. What's great is my company gives me time off if I need it (unpaid) and are very flexible with my schedule. I worked for the same company for 2 1/2 years before and cashed my hours in at the end, got an extra check for $500, not bad

Over 5 years with the company, and I have 18 vacation + 4 floating holiday = 22 days off. They add 3 days every 5 years, or something like that. No carry over, but that's fine since I take advantage of all the vacation time anyway. Personal and sick time are tracked separately. I always feel bad for folks who get a limited amount of paid time off, and that time includes vacation, sick, and personal all lumped together.

15 vacation, 10 holidays (3 floating), 6 sick days a year

15 vacation days (which are actually accrued by hours--so I get 10 hours a month of vacation), plus standard US holidays, & 12 sick days

Ours accrues based on how many hours we work. I think we earn 6 hours of PTO for every 40 hours we work. PTO is separate from sick time, which also starts accruing when you start your employment. I work part-time, so my PTO just accrues more slowly than if I were full-time. I don't really have to use it much, but sometimes I'll take a PTO day just so I get paid to not be there, lol.

18 days, after 5 years, 23 days

First year at my company: I get 24 hours of Paid Time Off, which can be used same day if I get early dismissal. I have 11 sick "days" and 10 days of vacation time. Each day = 8 hours though, and I work 10 hour days, so it works out to be less.

Everything except PTO rolls over per year, and increases every year up to a cap that I am not aware of.

5 vacation days, 4 sick days and 3 personal days per year. but leaving an hour early to go to a doctor's appointment equals half of a personal day.

We get 3 days per month, or a total of 36 days per year. We also get 19 paid holidays off, like most do, I'm sure - July 4th, Thanksgiving, etc. Sick time must come out of the free time above.

Still, to get a total of almost 2 months off/year is a great blessing...

I own my own business, therefore I get ZERO paid days off.

My PTO (vacation and sick) is about 25 days/year after 3 1/2 years, based on hours worked and I work a lot of OT. I think it started at 15 days/year

I get 3 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick but when we work overtime, we can either get paid time and a half or take time and a half of vacation time. Since we do a lot of events at night and on weekends, I end up getting around 5 weeks a year. Pretty nice!

I get 5 vacation days a year and 2 sick days. After three years I get 10 vacation days, I think. We used to get 5 sick days a year but our owner cut our sick days and then took 3 weeks off to go to Rio. This was after he took multiple two week long international vacations. Great for company morale. : (

Right now I'm at 3 personal days a year. But - I have approx 300 hours of sick leave accumulated over 5 years.

after 2 years: i get 16 PTO days.

Right now I get three weeks paid vacation in the summer.
Since my business is school generated, I also bonus out with PD Days, March Break, Christmas holidays, etc.

11 days! not much... at all. sometimes having a salaried position can work against you when you're working 'overtime' and don't get comped!

3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days off, paid normal holidays. I love that in my company, this all starts from day 1 (no having to wait several years). I love where I work though, so this is just frosting on the cake.

17 vacation days, 13 sick days 2 personal and 7 holidays

17 PTO days, 2 floating holidays, and unlimited (within reason) sick days.

Been working 1.5 years and I get 20 vacation, 4 floating holidays, 14 sick/personal days

I work for a University and and after 5 years I get a day and half of vacation each month and a sick day each month. We also get the week between Christmas and New years as it is the only time the University actually shuts down.

11 days after the 2 year mark, I originally got 10. We also get 3 floating holidays. I work for a gov't contract company, so we also get gov't holidays off.

i think that we get a decent amount. we get 3 weeks vacation, a few summer flex days, a handful of sick days and then a few 'optional' days

I believe we have 9 Holidays, plus one floating holiday, 3 sick days, and 10 vacation days. After 5 years you get 15 vacay days though. Though I don't get all that many days off (and it's especially hard after being in school for so many years getting used to super long vacations), but they do allow working from home if necessary

I am a self-employed person - I get ZERO paid time off, therefore I get ZERO days off as well - I feel miserable
