13 vacation days a year is completely ridiculous! I don't need to take tons of trips each year, but the occasional day off to play catch up in my personal life...essential.
1I get 14, so it doesn't surprise me that 13 is the magic number.
2Awe, I missed one. I finally used all of my vacation days this year for once. It was a blessing as Deidre stated to get my personal life organized and play catch up.

4I get 10 days.........its ridiculous. Definitely a reason to look for another job!
5i get 15, but we do get academic holidays and the break between fall and spring semester. however, being one of two full-time employees with a flakey boss makes it pretty difficult to take the time off!
