We spend so many years writing in complete sentences, it seems awkward that your résumé is full of phrases that don't contain a subject. That's because the subject is implicitly spoken for. Your name at the top of your résumé is enough to let an employer know who the following information refers to. So take out any I's and me's and let the person doing the hiring focus on what's important — the reasons you're the best person for the job.

4You can tell a lot about someone by paying attention to their writing. IMHO, anyone who uses "I" or "me" would be less qualified for the job in comparison to someone who doesn't use those words. But of course, that's just a small factor.
