Last week President Obama signed a $787 billion stimulus bill designed to get the economy back on track. The CNN/Opinion Research Corp. ran a survey and found 53 percent of Americans believe the package will improve the economy, while 44 percent said that it won't. What's your opinion?

my guess is the results will be the same as they were when this question was asked last week.
1No, and anyone who thinks it will is incredibly naive.
2Exactly what I was thinking, Snarky. I'm getting a little tired of hearing the same question.
3no way. no how.
4Nope.
5Band-aid for a bullet wound.
Good job, America, we can't wait to be dragged down with you.
(The first draft of this post contained an impressive amount of expletives. Please imagine them wherever you see fit)
6I don't think it's going to do much at all. It's like spitting in the ocean, IMHO.
7Nope.
8Truthfully, I don't know. I hope it stimulates the economy, but for me, I can't predict either way.
I do appreciate the stimulus package. Personally, it will benefit us.

10This was disguised as a stimulus. What it really was was a "Pay Off Those Who Voted/Supported Me" package. During Obama's campaign he made many promises to Americans (creating tax cuts for 95% ring a bell). It is almost said that there will be more "stimulus" packages coming. Obama and the Democratic party constantly say that this was step 1 towards an economic recovery. I foresee a true infrastructure stimulus coming soon, as well as another package and another and another. With all these dollars being printed, why hasn't the US Dollar lost all it's value and gold not $4000 an ounce?
11I trust PRESIDENT Obama and everything he does, I know he's smarter than that last fool we had in office, and don't forget EVERYBODY voted for him
