1Very often true! Especially if you're dealing with a conflict or have a specific worry. You need to deal with the situation with all you've got, in order to walk away knowing you did all you could, whether things turned out as you wish or not. Then you can sleep satisfied, with more of an idea of the outcomes, comfortable with yourself and hopefully less worried.
I've been trying to express this to my sister...maybe I'll just send her the Lorimer quote.
