If you didn't think Donald and his biz reality show, The Celebrity Apprentice, had staying power, guess again: Episodes in 2009 will not only exist, they'll be twice as long. That's right, two hours of competitive drama every Thursday, beginning March 1. I can't say that I'm thrilled at the extended show time, but the cast is certainly eclectic and I'll be interested to see how the members interact.
In case you missed the show's introductory season, here's the gist: Celebrities compete in the name of their individually selected charities. They enter each challenge as teams to prove their business savvy, but Donald fires one person each week, and only one can be named The Celebrity Apprentice. The two-hour format will be introduced because NBC is using its pre-filmed reality series to fill the gaps left in its reduced programming.

The following famous contestants will compete to raise money for their charities and win the Celebrity Apprentice title: Khloe Kardashian, Tom Green, Joan and Melissa Rivers, Dennis Rodman, Clint Black, pro-poker player Annie Duke, comic Andrew Dice Clay, 'Deal or No Deal' girl Claudia Jordan, Brian McKnight, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins of TLC, retired NFL star Herschel Walker, golfer Natalie Gulbis, skater Scott Hamilton, Playboy playmate Brande Roderick, and Jesse James.

I like this show. I haven't watched it regularly, but I'm not sure why it gets such bad ratings. Its much better than american idol.
1wow dennis rodman and tom green? Interesting combo of people there
2I will be watching.
3very interesting cast!
4I have watched every season of Apprentice; and will definitely watch this one! I agree with Leila07 that it is definitely much better than American Idol.
I never really watched this show (never was interested) but this cast sounds pretty interesting!
5that's quite the interesting mix of folks on the show, and i wonder who's going to end up being the one that makes the most waves. i can just imagine how much fun it'll be for the mom/daughter team to do on the show - although i think that melissa is more biz savvy than her mother.
6This cast is an interesting one. Mostly I want to see how Dennis Rodman and Jesse James handles everything.
7good combo
8ahh i love chloe kardashian!
9on Thursday? what about The Office and 30 rock?
10EFF YES!!
I
11BTW, when did this new layout change happen?! me no like
12Wait a tic - I know I'm coming to this late, but seriously, what does this mean for 30 Rock and The Office? Are they moving up the 8pm hour in place of Earl and Kath & Kim?
13It's my first season watching and excited to see what unfolds... My business is to be featured on the final episode for 2 hours in front of 30+ million viewers.
14This show was much better when there were real people involved. I don't want to watch a group of mostly losers.
15Dennis Rodman is not an entertainer. The only talent he had was basketball but even then he was rude, crude, disgusting, and a woman abuser. I can't imagine anyone wanting him on their show.

17I am a big fan of The Apprentice and Mr. Trump. Tonight when he had to let Dennis go it was very touching. It is obvious Mr. Rodman is crying out for help. I pray that he gets it. I admire Jesse James and Clint Black's compassion and concern for Dennis. They portrayed themselves as real men in my book. This is the best Apprentice cast ever. Much to their parental influence, your daughter and son always represent a wholesome upbringing. You, Mr. Trump are a class act. Keep up the good work..
18Stupid, let Dennis get away with drinking again and again, missing events, then fire the young lady for paying her dues and publicly saying she is trying to do right and telling people how wrong it is to drive drunk. It is Donald Trump's show, but not good judgement.
19Wow, I can honestly say that my respect for this show is now non-existent. After this weeks episode and seeing 2 people fired who really weren't deserving of it. As a business owner I can honestly say that I hope not to make the same mistakes with my staff as Donald Trump did in what I beleive to be a poor judge of character on the celebrity apprentice.
20I was watcing the show on April 12, Sunday
I will not watch it again.......Melissa Rivers ?????? omg!!!! what has she ever done to be on any program..And her mother, Joan, Holy moly.. She looks like a walking figure from the wax museum. Sure she's not. They are
21HORRIBLE..............who picked them..Would love a response
Joan is the lowest piece of trash I've ever had to endure on apprentice. She raised the next piece of trash, Malicious Melissa. Both are the dregs of society. Trump obviously had Joan as the winner from the start. He was ok with her low-life antics. I'm so disgusted. Annie was the clear winner. Never NEVER would I buy a piece of Joan's jewelry. And I will also let my feelings be known to the shopping channels. Filthy mother and daughter. Trump is an ass.
22OMG, I will never ever watch the appentrice again....Joan Rivers is a total A&#. She clearly has NO RESPECT for anyone that is not (in her eyes) a human being & a good person. Jewelry,PLEASE people don't buy any.........we don't have to make this b%$#@ any richer. Go back under your rock & stay there.
23Is Trump crazy. Joan Rivers was/is the rudest person in the world. The only reason she one is because she's a 75 yr old bag. Annie Duke should of won hands down. She raised more than Joan, and was a good person to everyone.
24I was aggravated that the obnoxious Joan Rivers won, even after her racial comments…..How dare her.. Her spoiled rotten smart mouth child isn’t any better, running off , throwing a tatrum when she was voted off. I do NOT think I will watch next season… Donald made a mistake picking Joan.
25YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS WAY 2 go joan ,that annie use to make me sick watching her ,i love the way you put her in her spot ..........i would never give her money never trust a gambler hey xxxxxxxxxxx enjoy joan see you in australia ,
