that has to be a really rough job though....and how many call centers are still in the us? i feel like almost every tech item i have has outsourced call centers. but anyways, they deal with a
lot of yelling over the phone i'm sure.
What a dreadful job - I've been there. And this industry is suffering just as much! Our local call centre (where I used to work) who employees a few hundred staff are not recruiting anymore
(and they have been constantly recruiting for the last 15 years)!
