these are all really smart tips if you think about it. i know that a lot of us try to cut back, but doing just that isn't going to make enough of a difference. there's really something to be said about being proactive, making lists, and looking ahead to see what you're going to need $$ for. if these tips help just a few people, then i would definitely try it!
