So much of our lives revolve around work that the office has become one of the most common settings for TV sitcoms. Whether or not the characters are relatable, we can relate to what it's like to work, and sometimes the scenarios are eerily familiar. wow the creative director's average salary really surprises me.
1I only know because I read an article on CNN on this yesterday.
2Isn't the creative director's salary circa early 1960's, though? I know that creative directors at my agency make WAY more than that.
3Don Draper makes a couple grand more than an entry-level Junior Designer. CBS needs to see recent surveys. Creative Directors make at least double that.
4it's really interesting to me that they say that the median salary for a Creative Director in Advertising is only $43k since i work in advertising and i don't think that any creative director makes that little. maybe it's cause i live in NYC>..
5ilanac13, agreed. I also work at an Advertising Agency (it's a hybrid though), and I know that our Creative Directors make more than that.
6I agree that the creative director salary seems low - I know people who made more than that coming straight out of college.

16Agreed. Psychiatrists are trained medical doctors and look at mental health problems from a biological perspective, while psychotherapists have studied psychology and provide therapy for patients.
17i'd think dexter would make a little bit more bank than that... looks like he's living it up though with that nice condo etc.
18definitely don't agree with the salary for creative director... i work for a small agency and mid-level (account directors) are making between $80,000-100,000 CDN.
