yes, i am DEFNITELY an overachiever. it's funny because when i was younger, i didn't really try to be the best any anything, since my brothers were always the smart ones, but i found that i
had some natural abilities in other things. now, i have to be perfect at the things that i do and sometimes it means that i end up taking on too many things. oh well - it could be worse - i
could care ZERO about my successes and then i wouldn't strive to achieve anything.
Totally used to be one. Then I realized that I was killing myself. And guess what? Even when you get everything done on your to-do list, more work just pops up from somewhere else. I came to
redefine my views on success, and I'm actually pretty happy in realizing that I can't achieve it all. There's only so much of myself that I can devote to a project without driving myself
crazy.
No, just an achiever. I believe in balance and moderation. I have a very good work ethic, but I don't overwork myself. I don't see the point in it. You just end up putting yourself in a
pattern of feeling overwhelmed and tired.
I have a nice balance I think. I get my work done, I do well, and hell, I'll still go above and beyond what I have to do, but I like to relax and wont kill myself over something. It's not
worth it to stress out about everything.
I was definitely an overachiever at school, I graduated with a 4.0 GPA from high school but that was nothing compared to some of my friends who got 4.8 or 4.6 GPAs (ours were weighted based
on AP and honors courses). Now that I'm in college, I still turn in everything on time but I don't work as hard as I used to.

1Most definately. I'm in overachiever and a perfectionist in every aspect of my life.
I put so
much stress and pressure on myself.
2to the death!
3Nope, never have been and never wanted to be. I set goals and get where I want to be in my own time - to me, balance is most important.
4I was one in school and probably thru my early to mid-20s but now that I'm in my mid-30s I've totally chilled out.
5No, sometimes it concerns me...
6yes and I'm a perfectionist too and neither goes over well at work.

9In school, absolutely! But at work, I don't care enough...
10As a matter of fact, my own supervisor calls me an over-acheiver, lol.
11I wish I was. I am more of the under achiever type.
12I am.
13I was at school, but not so much at work. I give 100% effort and do my job.
14I always feel better when I'm at the top of my game, so I constantly push myself to be the best.
15yup
