BusinessWeek compiled its annual list of the best places to launch a career, and this year it includes a total of 119 employers. The list gives specific information about each company, like average pay, signing bonuses, mentorship programs, and diversity. See the top 10 when you read more.

3Well that's great if I wanted to go into accounting. I never even considered accounting. Yuck. I can't get the list to work on my computer, but it's fine. I like where I started...made me appreciate what I have now.

8Hey SugarKat, even accounting firms have loads of non-accounting jobs (marketing, event planning, design etc) My companies' on the list and I never in a million years would have thought I'd end up at an accounting firm.
