“My story connects with people, my story is the American dream about the girl next door who saw a problem and did something about it. People want to connect with the human side of a brand. They will have more loyalty to a brand that has a human side to it.” That's Jen Groover, entrepreneur and creator of the Butler Bag, talking about why her product is successful.
The mess that was Jen's purse frustrated her so much that she stole the dish rack out of her dishwasher and put it in her purse. Voila! Inspiration. Her bags run from $125 to $165 and her company is projected to generate about $15 million in sales this year.

Neat idea, but the price tag is way out of my budget.
1Not a bad idea at all...good marketing scheme!
2I need to think of something like that!
Good idea but this is something you could rig up yourself for way less than that.
3Interesting idea!
4This isn't new ... and IMO, it's unneccessary. If I'm in a rush, which I usually am, I'm not going to have time to put everything back in its right place and it would end up in a mess again anyways.
5LOL!! I need this.
6The large bag I'm currently carrying doesn't have any compartments and all my stuff is in a zip loc bag!!! I even bought a bright orange wallet so that I could easily find it in my bag. I practically carry my whole aparmtment in my bag.
I don't carry enough in my purse to warrant that many compartments.
7I love this idea, but the bags are too expensive for me. I'm sure there's got to be some kind of purse organizing kit you can get or make yourself to add to purses you already have. I'm a sucker for organizational stuff, I'm constantly trying to become super organized!
8If you like being organized try a "Pouchee". They are only about $25 and can be easily moved from one purse to another! Less money AND more flixibility. Great for those days when you are running out of the house in black shoes and all of your stuff is in a brown bag - you just grab your pouchee and stick it in another purse. I LOVE LOVE LOVE mine and have gotten one for my mom and sister. They also come in fun colors.
9I hope more brands will do this. Or is this patented?
10Ginandsugar, that sounds like a great idea. Where do you find a "Pouchee"?
11I don't carry that much crap with me. Plus the bag I use for work needs to be able to hold my lap top. By the looks of this I would still have to carry a whole other bag for my computer.
12Not sure how I feel about it...I carry small bags on purpose--if I carry a big bag, I end up filling it with useless junk, and I know this bag would let me carry a TON of stuff. On the other hand, though, sometimes I am going somewhere that I need a lot of that "useless" stuff, so yeah, I guess I would use one...as long as it doesn't look all cheapy like those "As Seen On TV" organizing purses!
13AND I agree with bigestivediscuit!! I would ultimately make it a mess, haha!
14am I allowed to say pouchee.com?! I swear I don't work for the company but maybe I should!
15ginandsugar, I checked out the pouchee website and it's definitely a better alternative than the butler bag. I'm going to buy one. Thanks.
16I'd still lose things in that. No matter how small my bag is or how few things are in it, I can never find what I need.
17I can't imagine having to lug around that much stuff with me.
18I don't take any where close to that much stuff, even when I walk to work and have shoes in my bag it's not that much. Plus those bags aren't that cute.
19Absolutely brilliant! I could use one of these for work!
20I want one of those Pouchees!!
21Ginandsugar, I agree, a purse organizer is much more flexible!
22Ladies, try searching EBay for "purse organizer", several options should come up. That's where I found mine.
I need an organizer like that that I can take out and just plop into another when I change bags, which is fairly often.
23OMG that bag is my dream bag. I haven't met it yet but someday.....I hope to....
