You're up to your neck in work while your co-worker complains that she's bored. When approached by your boss with another task you can do with your eyes closed but simply don't want to keep you at the office all night, are you able to say no? What about when she asks you to check in while you're on vacation?
Some of us are eager-to-please yes-women, while others are able to say some version of no when we feel it's appropriate. Do you have trouble saying no?

I'm totally getting better at it! I used to take everything on, now I say well if you want this done...this needs to slide.
1My problem isn't with saying no to other people, it's saying no to myself. I always take on too much because I'm really interested in the work or want to try something new. But a few too many late nights usually cure that.
2Sometimes, hehe. I take on a lot of responsibilities. It's nothing I can't handle. The pressure is good and it forces me to become better at my job.
3I'm doing a lot better. I still find it difficult to say 'no' to new projects, but I'm firm about vacation time being just for me.
4No was my first word and I've continuously been great at using it all throughout my life.
