We all need to earn a living, but there are some people who love their jobs so much they'd take a pay cut if it meant they could continue in their line of work. They are working not only for the check but for the fulfillment they get from their particular jobs, while others simply work for the money and aren't necessarily connected to their jobs. Where do you stand — do you love your job or your paycheck?

At the moment, I just love the paycheck. Maybe I'll love my new job!
I do love my coworkers (mostly) though.
How about neither? I suppose of the two options I'd have to go with love my job cause the paycheck isn't that great
Last job i loved, but hated the pay. Hopefully after thursday I will love my job and my paycheck.
I don't LOVE either but I am content with both for now.
I'm due for a raise in August, hopefully, it'll movitivate me to like my job a little more.
I can't really say I love one more than the other. I love what I do but the paycheck is horrible. If they cut my pay I definitely would look for a new job. I think I love the people I work with more than the job itself and the paycheck.
Both!! I really love my job and although the pay isn't wonderful, it is sufficient for the moment. I love my boss and most of my co-workers and it basically has no stress that comes along with it...
Once upon a time I loved my job AND my paycheck!
Then I worked my way up to my "dream job" and I ending up only loving the paycheck...
I downsized my life and now I love my new job, but mostly just the people there and the company I work for, but I definately dont love my paycheck.
Good thing I downsized tho, I wouldnt be able to afford my former lifestyle!
I feel the same as Whiplash. Both my current job and my pay are a stepping stone for now. btw, great icon.
I like my job - and love the pay check. Being in sales I like my job more when my commission goes up!
My new job is okay, I do not love the paycheck but its a paycheck. I know so many who do not have jobs and that are struggling.
Pretty good job and paycheck.
I like my job and the people I work with - but, unfortunatly I know I can make more (way more) elsewhere. I tried to ask for a raise, and wasn't given it because they thought I made enough...SO, here I am looking for somethng new!
I like the people I work with, but I don't feel like I'm learning anything here, so "love" isn't a word I'd use to describe it. The paycheck is so-so but with the ridiculously great benefits, I couldn't ask for anything more.
Again, agreeing with Whiplash -- I'm content for now, but looking forward to greater things in the future.
I like my job but if I took a paycut I would have to move in with my parents and thats not acceptable. I do love what I do and what I do to help youth though. Theres nothing better.
I like my job, but I would love to make for money to help my family movie.
I love my job and my co-workers dearly. I would love to make more though, but who doesn't? LOL!
find a way to do what you love and it won't feel like work. at least that's what i'm told.
I like what I do and the pay is decent but I would prefer to move on to a bigger small company. It would be nice to have some co-workers!
I don't really love either. Right now, I'm just in my year-off entry-level paralegal position which doesn't pay too well and also doesn't provide much intellectual stimulation or gratification. Thank goodness I am leaving at the month's end and won't be coming back to this type of job ever again. Also, thank goodness I got to live at home for the year off (and nothing longer) so I actually could save a little bit of my earnings.
I used to love my job....now it's just the paycheck
For my age I make really good money at my new job. It's great. But I don't love it. I have a bachelors degree and I am working in my field, but it's in computers. Safe bet for a pay check but boring.
I love the paycheck, I dont hate my job but I am not by any means in love with it.
The job is okay but the high-strung boss and lazy coworker in my department wear on me and I'm underpaid but the benefits and connections I'm making are pretty sweet.
I love where I work and the people I work with and the fact that it helped me realize that I love the food & beverage side of hotels. My job itself is sorta boring but I get paid well and the benefits I have from my position rock so hard I would hate me if I was someone else!
I hate my job but love my profession, if that makes sense. The paycheck is nice but it's quickly becoming not enough to put up with the idiots any longer. Thankfully I have something new -- new project, new company, same profession -- on the horizon.
Until I've finished college, my job will just be a job. Once I've earned my degree I hope I will find a job and a career that gives me some personal fulfillment.
I don't have a job at the current moment but no matter how much i was getting paid if i really hated the job it would show and i would bail as much as i could.
