2ha, 2 out of 3 and i used to work in mortgages and deal with credit reports constantly.
3oh well...
Yeah, the one thing GWB did that really was excellent was limit the negative FCRA info and collect efforts to 7 year then it gets expunged and debtors cannot represent it or put it back on your report or attempt to collect on it. 7 years of a punishment then done.
The indefinite good also changed when GWB took office- it used to be the between 7 and 10 years then pop it disappeared if it was no longer active.
