Celebrity Apprentice: Did Trump Do the Right Thing?

The only thing that saved me from turning off the TV during last night's episode of The Celebrity Apprentice was that the challenge took place in Central Park. I love Central Park more than I hated listening to Omarosa and Piers Morgan go at each other's throats, as if they were contestants on Tila Tequila's A Shot at Love. Insults were thrown around for the episode's entirety, like Piers telling Omarosa she's "a disgusting little tramp" and Omarosa constantly berating Piers as a father and telling him, "I ain't goin' nowhere son!" It was kind of insane.

I don't want to spoil the episode in case you're planning on watching it this weekend, but I want to know your thoughts on how the firing was handled. So tell me, did Donald make the right choice in the end?

I really don't care about Piers or Omarosa, but I think Donald made the right choice especially since everyone worked so well together on that particular team.

I don't quite understand the second choice; that he should have broken the rules to fire the right person. He broke the rules by doing the opposite, and the decision was unprecedented and unexpected.

I SO wish he'd have fired Piers and Omarosa even though their team won. Such petty and stupid behavior (Omarosa's on this episode and Piers' in the past) should not be tolerated. Would Mr. Hairdo allow this to go on in one of his companies? Are you kidding me? They're just keeping Omarosa for the drama factor. I'm not sure why Piers is still there. Ugh!

Donald didn't break the rules — he said he wanted to fire someone (like Piers or Omarosa) on the winning team but that would be against the rules. Not firing anyone at all was unprecedented, but it wasn't against the rules of the show.

He should've fired someone from the other team. He has bent the rules before by firing two people at once, so why not fire someone from the winning team? I felt kinda bad for Omarosa not having anyone to reach to donate money and seeing her realize that she didn't have a chance was kind of hard to watch. She just had to stand there and try to be tough. If it was me, I would've just broken down and cried and wouldn't know what to do. I felt bad for her until she started attacking Piers every chance she got. I watched the episode for a second time with a friend who had only seen the first two or three episodes for this season and she was rather shocked to hear Lennox say that Omarosa sounded ghetto. And she really did. Her behavior was really appalling.

I'm still rooting for Omarosa to leave. She should've been gone since Episode 1. I need to catch up on these episodes. Eep.
